@Rick H. - Thanks for chiming in!
Can you elaborate a bit? I'm still working to wrap my head around lead generation for notes.

Thx @Steve Bracero.....so, this criteria is what you've used specifically for NOTES? I've used similar lists like this for motivated sellers, etc... I would think that using criteria of "Seller Financing" or "Owner Carry-back" would be essential to buying notes.
Thoughts?

All,
I am a relatively experienced investor (several rentals, flips, seller financing, etc...). Very interested in notes. Donna Bauer's program has helped with the nuts and bolts, but as I begin to work out the details of my direct mail campaign, I am curious how many folks have purchased their lists via List Source? ...and if not List Source, where else?
I'm MOSTLY curious to know what criteria you might be using to set up your lists.
Thanks in advance for your feedback!

@Dmitriy Fomichenko with SenseFinancial helped to set up my Solo 401(k). Everything was GREAT and it's grown at a rate close to 30% over the past 2 years. Highly recommended.

Hey @Corbin Jones - Welcome! I can't speak for ALL investors in the Fort, but I for one am MORE than willing to pay a wholeseller for a deal, if it meet my criteria. If its truly a good deal, there will be enough for everyone involved to win.

Yup - One more vote for Metro. They have closed several atypical deals for me that other title companies either couldn't wrap their head around, or just flat out screwed up.
Let us know how we can help!
BTW.......I often buy with cash, so if you find any diamonds in the rough, feel free to hit me up!
