@Chris Webb - if you're talking about .5% increase in March, I'm of the opinion that will happen. Although, I think the Fed be very data driven after that.

There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country. You can just reach out to them and determine which one fits your needs the best.

@Victor A jimenez - I'll check that out, thank you. The blockchain definitely makes sense to track title and payments. 

I don't think a revolution (or pandemonium) will happen. However, I believe inflation will cause a market correction in the next 12 - 36 months, which might help normalize things a little.

In addition to the questions, I verify their license with the state.
