@Chris Webb - if you're talking about .5% increase in March, I'm of the opinion that will happen. Although, I think the Fed be very data driven after that.

@Account Closed - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Fort Worth.
There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country. You can just reach out to them and determine which one fits your needs the best.

I don't think a revolution (or pandemonium) will happen. However, I believe inflation will cause a market correction in the next 12 - 36 months, which might help normalize things a little.

@Ashley Chris - That happens to be a common question on BP. Most of the tax professionals on BiggerPockets specialize in real estate. You can reach out to them and explain your personal investment and tax situation to see if they’re a good fit. Most of them serve clients in all 50 states.
