@Stephen Hundley this is a fantastic story, thanks for sharing!

I'm working on my first BRRRR deal right now, and look forward to posting the success story soon. Numbers are very similar. 75k purchase/15k rehab, comps between 130-150.

Also nice to see another member of the KW family, well done sir!

Hey @Jean Lucas, welcome to BP!

@Brandon Turner actually wrote a whole book on the subject and it's a very worthwhile read:

http://get.biggerpockets.com/nomoneydown/

Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of BP and kickstart your investing career:

Start here. You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other Texas investors).

Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in.

I wish you all the best Jean!

Hey @Desiree Victory, welcome to BP and the Florida investing community, and cool name btw!

Good for you for having short and long term goals.  Since you're interested in investing with low/no money, I would definitely recommend @Brandon Turner's book:

And since you want to flip houses, @J Scott's book is really awesome:

You should definitely connect with @Jeff Riber, he's an investor/agent up in your area and who knows, he may help you find your first investment.

I'm an active investor/agent in Orlando, so feel free to reach out anytime.

I wish you all the best Desiree!

Hey @Luis Cabarcas, welcome to BP and the Florida investing community!

@James Wise is spot on, building real wealth is a long term endeavor, so good for you on starting early and already closing on your 1st deal.

Since you're in South Florida, I definitely suggest you connect with @Account Closed.  He's a great guy to know, and really knows his stuff.

Hey @Dontae Johnson, welcome to BP and the Central Florida investing community!

Do what @Mindy Jensen suggests and you'll be in great shape!

Since you want to run your RE business like a business (a stellar idea I must say), you'll enjoy the two most recent podcasts.  They talk about using systems to grow their RE businesses:

If you ever make it down south, definitely connect with @Account Closed, he's a good dude.

I'm an active agent/investor in Orlando (Winter Park), so feel free to reach out anytime.

I wish you all the best Dontae!
