What's in the College Park area that makes people want to stay there? Are people coming in for business? Is it a big tourist place?

Initially paid $50. As we are giving her and her team more responsibilities such as restocking the unit with some supplies and printing out a tailored welcome letter, we will give her more money.
Pay for good people, dont skimp out.

Why do you want a PM for short term rentals? Ive found my AirBnB units quite easy to manage once I got a cleaner. The main thing that I've done is telling the cleaner when to go in and clean.
Most of my interaction is done with saved messages through AirBnB, and it is all very automated. I never even see my guests.

On the flip side, most of my inquiries and bookings come from AirBnB!
Also, I havent had any complains from service fees. Nobody has been driven away. The only issue I've had was when someone wanted to rent for a few nights, but my security deposit was marked for a month rental. I just adjusted the price of the deposit.

Is there a perception that this will help decrease the rents/increase the supply of units in the area? Or do people still think it'll be hard to track this issue and enforce it?

Are you saying you bought some units in the area solely to do vacation rentals, or are you converting some of your existing units?

What kind of technology do you provide as a PM that most PMs don't already?
I see dashboards and stuff, is it data visualization?
