@Ron Lopez I camn't give you advice on the LLC bease I'm not an attorny. But will love to say that you need to make that websiet an autherty in your local marekt if you want to domiante. Make sure it inlcudes all the things to capture leads easly.

I come in anf teach them abotu real eastet marekting, and at the end will pitch my free real eatte marektign cousres, and guieds I have all for free. This the route I will go to get infront of many people all at once, and at the same time buid trust.

People buy from those they trust.

@Sean Dolan how thinsg goign bro. Marketign bufget can be broking up in many stagtes. Honestly I don't spend too much on marektign since I do lots of SEO, so gettng traffic is not an isuess. But what i will say if people plan on spending money oin 2016 then I will say focus on the following.

Google Adwords

Local SEO Marketing

These three togtehr will bring in tons of leads..if implemntented the right way.

@Lennie Holland LOL, I wrote a blog post here on BP on how to do direct mail the smart way. For one I will nevr answr a phone call. Peraosnlly you don't want anyone calling you unless their redy to do a deal. The secrete is to get peopel over to your websiet so they can get educated about who you are and what you do.

This the best form of screenign calles, or just have a voice mail to do it. 

@Brionne Moss peopl are really crazy once you start to underastnd life. Why will someone do somehting like this, heck no one knows besides just being hatefull. Stick to dropping them off in another way.
