@Roger Rustad Wordpress is the #1 platform of building websites. This something all your real estate friends must take advantage of. Plus don't forget about the marketing side of real estate which a free guide called...

@Tyler Ansell Yes they won't. Think about it. What gets your attention when driving down the road. If it makes you take a second look then do it.

@Jamaal Rogers One of the easy ways of doing it by calling the numbers of the properties for rent. From there you can see if anyone is willing to sell which I what I did in the past to get a number of leads for subject 2's and lease options.

@Rick Jones The design is not really the issue my freind. If no one is ready to sell then no matter whats on the card you won't get a lead. Just think you need to rethink the list you'er mailing to beofre spending anymore money.

@Ivan Lopez True my friend...just trust the process and the rest will take care if itself. Direct mail is a powerful platform once you learn how to master it.

@Ivan Lopez the letter is just part of issue. The message, and call to action is what will really covert those potential leads into actual leads. Think about what will get their attention  versus the look of the envelope..just my experience

@Sachin Acharya Marketing is something everyone must spend a little money on. Some direct mail or even radio ads can not hurt you if constructed the right way. My goal is to send people to the website to get pre qualified.
