@Michael Schueler Finding properties are more easier then you think. The key is to know where to market and how to market. I stress all investors to have a website that will make your life a lot easier. If you do that on top on great marketing online and offline then this will bring results.

@Account Closed I don't do too much investing these days. I do more on the real marketing consulting side of the business. My goal is to make sure all RE people understand how to build their brand.
