@Benjamin Blackburn You can send them either one to be honest with you. But what I will do different is to send them back over to my website for more educational content. It will convert more leads

@Nicole Wood That is the best place to start to get your feet. Once you do about five deals there then move on to the bigger cities. No need walking before crawling.

@Robert Burns TV ads do work my friend. The key is the call to action. If you try to having them to call then your response rate goes down. The key is to have them opt-in through a text message services to get something free of value. From there you will have them in your funnel and easier to market to them.

@Jeff Amore I will love to first look at your website to see if its completely optimized for your local market. If not then don't wast your time on SEO. SEO is way more then content by friend. If it was then everyone will be rankings.

I educate my REI clients that SEO take months to implement when dong it the right way. Good authority links are hard to come by so don't trust a soul on Fiverr. The goal is to do research on the keyword you want tor rank for, and then implement a strategy of attack. I have a free SEO ebook that will teach you the ins-and-outs of it,
