Yes, Animoto is the best route to go if you want something easy and simple to follow. All you do is pick the video template and insert the picture, and bingo you have a video.

@Elio L. There is no right or wrong way of doing this, so I'm just going to take it from a common sense way of doing things.

$1k - create a awesome REI website that includes epic wow educational content that converts.

$1k - hiring someone/company to handle all your online marketing from

- SEO

-Blogging

-Email Marketing

-Video Marketing

-Profiles/Citations

-Social Media

all this can run you around that amount or lower

$500 - use this amount for PPC on Google, Facebook and a number of other

$N/A - run local newspaper ads

$N/A - run radio ads

$N/A - run tv ads

$1,000- use this to do direct mail, and send them over to that educational rei website that will convert into leads.

$1,000 - sponsor as many activities in your local market as you can

Just this alone will dominate any local real estate market.

@Richard Jeffries Years ago domain names mattered more then anything, You don't have to get the exact match no more these days. Don't believe me then go Google "Jobs" and see what websites come up.

So don't overthink it just make sure its something sweet, to the point and center around your brand. Plus for when it comes to domains, seo don't play a big factor into that so choose whatever makes you happy at the end of the day.

@Hal Mullins Even though there's no one size that fits all answer to this question. I will tell you to put yourself in the potential lead shoes, and wonder what will prompt you to respond?

Just base your campaign around that model, and watch the people who will call of visit your website. The key is when they respond is to have something of value to share with them from your website so it educates them even more about you and the services you provide.

@Mark Brogan First you must have a website if you don't have that then you really make the automation that much harder.

Next I will have a phone system that will answer calls that will force people to visit our website. You can use GetResponse, Aweber or Constant Contact..these are the to players when it comes to autoresponders.

The website will educate while the autoresponder will capture leads all on autopilot.
