Hi @Clarisa De Luna The journey will be hard, but with enough hard work and motivation you should be able to over come all things. Good luck and Welcome to BP

@Sergio V. Honestly there is no such thing as a stronger SEO vs the other one. What I mean is that SEO is performed from you end from building authority links to creating linkable content. All those sites do is give you the option of creating a on site SEO not off site SEO which is what drives you up the rankings.

@Chip Chronister That is the million dollar question. No  one will really know the answer to that question. What I can say is to have a strong call to action like...Give away some content...Give away useful tools or resources.

Get them to take action fast once they receive your package. If no one response then it maybe time to move on.

Lastly, have a voice mail with a series of question they can answer or even better have them come over to your website to fill out a questionnaire.

@Bryan O. No it wont hurt your SEO unless you put that same content throughout your own website, but adding it to other websites are very good for the backline game.

So don't worry about it, and go ahead to produce as much content you want offsite.

@Gary E. London Yes you would have to get someone to develop that concept from whatever template their using. It's really pretty easy to do because I've many investors come to me wanted those type of websites.

The goal is to have someone who can add all the important elements to the site, and it should serve your community to the fullest.

@Marc Oister I will setup a page on my REI website that explain all things I'm looking for from cash buyers. Include all the in's and out's of your business, and how you can benefit them.

From here I will start promoting that page all over the social media platforms, newspapers, radios and TV if your budget can support it. If you have a opt-in box on that page then you should get tons of cash buyers at your finger tips.
