@Patrick Jacques All forms of local online marketing can and will help you get more leads. Yes, it will take time and effort but you have to put in the work to make it happen. That starts by having the right people on your team handling your marketing which needs to bring your that online presence you need to grow massively.

@Shelly F. Coming from a guy like myself who has being on Youtube for over 8 years now I will say that your video was ok. I once had a channel that had over 10k subscribers, and videos views in the millions from doing marketing videos.
Now when it comes to your video, you have to ask yourself who is this video for? Will a potential homeowner see it or will an investor run pass it?
Once you know your audience then create video they will love and share.

@Elliot Smith Timing is a big issues that most investors struggle to get right. The truth is that no matter when you send your mailing it must have a strong call to action. Forcing people to make quick decision will increase response rates. Think about that strong call to action.

@Jerome Lanier I'm just not a big fan of buying leads at all due to the early days of doing business online. It's best to capture your own leads because they will be fresh, and more easier to convert.
Just think about it..how many times do you think those leads were sold before your bought them? "a lot"

@Jonathan Guerrero What you need to do from day one is determine where you wanter to invest? Very simple..right in your back yard.
Don't complicate things by going after big markets just because more properties are there. Keep it simple, and go after what's around you to get results faster.
There is a lot to go into getting started online marketing from doing the research, keyword research, local competition and more.
But when it comes to me educating business owners I usually tell them to start off with the website..why? If you can create a website first and include all things about your business on it then you will save a lot of time and money.
The website can screen potential leads, and more which will make your jib that much easier. No need staying not he phone to close deals when the website is working that job for you.
Lastly, comes the marketing which is an another animal in its self. You will have to know how to dominate your local market on social media, search engines, forums, blogging and videos just to name a few. Lots of work goes into it so be ready for at least a 6 months to a year roller coaster.

@Christopher Todd Stephens Never start off by saying can I buy your house. If you do chances are your letter will end up in the trash. Come in with an helpful message to get people to call you or visit your website.
Using the educational method it forces people to take action on contacting you versus trashing your letter.

@Daniel Sisto There is no need of doing that if you really want to market your business online. Too many domain names are not good for the brand at all.
You just have to create an awesome online marketing game plan that includes seo, email marketing, social media, video marketing and more.
Doing all the above is all you need to gain tons of leads.

@Account Closed I will say the message is more important them whether or not it's handwritten or not. Have a strong call to action to get people over to your website and watch the leads start to add up.
