@Jeff McDermott Softaer is somehting I deal with all the time as a local marketer. What I will say is add all the amin fuctuion to the platefrom. From there do as many tutoirals on the softwear to build a list of prospects. From there you can get a real good feedback on the price.

Ask thodse whop have a presnce in the maret for help if they can spear a few mintune here or there. At the end of the day if you need any real estate marekting question answr don't be shy to reach out.

@Arthur Fuller II If you don't have a good plan of attack for direct mial then don't waste your money. Best route for you will be the bandit signs which will give you calls directly from those neighbhoods.

Then you have a place to send people who want to know more about you. 

@Sharad M. Blogging is the most powerful tool online if you know how to do it. There is no other feeling in getting 10k people visiting your website each month. The key is to talk about related topics, and promote the heck out of that content. It just increase your business.

@Kortez Walker Sure, very simple. Craete a pices of content on your site on how to save money on your utlities bill in that city. Then post that on your website, and start doing direct mail promoting that content. 

This will force people to come opver to the websiet and read, whcih at the same time their on your siet whaere you are explaining what you do. Thsi is called samrt mareking by gettung people in the door withoutn sellign to them.
