@Cristina Ortega I've have heard companies like this in the past, and some of them are great and some not so. I don't know the name of the one you're referring to, but to be on the safe side, I would do those calls myself and here is why.

When a lead is hot, you want to act on it right at that moment. Real homeowners want to deal with real home seekers, so passing this on to a company will turn people off.

@Gulliver R. You can set up a separate checking account for each one if you want, and do you really need an LLC for each one....maybe or maybe not. That is something you need to talk to with your attorney.

Yes, marketing is very effective when you use Google Adwords and Facebook ads. I've been using these forms of marketing for over 15 years now, and if setup right you can domain any given market. Your goal is to determine budget and target people who you want to work with. Let me know if you need any more advice or help.

@Gulliver R. Many ways of doing, but a cheap and easy way to do it is setting up checking accounts/savings for each property. People can put money, but can't take money out, so maybe this is an option for you.

@LaShonda Atkinson What should I do for marketing in the Kansas City area that works?

- First, you need a website without a website you're just spinning your wheels. Those who have one are the ones that will dominate.

Do yellow letters work well in the Kansas City area?

- Yes, but need to be done on the educational level  to get those higher responses

Do postcards work well?

- Yes, same as what I said before...have to be done on the educational level

Also, where is everyone getting the bandits signs for $1 each?

- Lol...not sure but there are tons of deals out there

What work the best is hand written signs that get the attention a lot easier.

Here's a quick "CMG WIN" for the day that will cost you nothing.

Take the last name of the homeowner and go through the local phone book. Call the names with the last name of the owner, and best believe you will come across someone who knows them. This is a strategy I use to use years ago to find vacate or distressed property owners.

Try It

@Danelson Rosa I have hundreds of real estate people who part of my community when it comes to networking, and me providing great content. When I'm focusing on creative something, before jumping into building it I always ask for the "Pain" so I can build the solution.

What I do is send out an email to my hundred of real estate, and get their feedback on what they're struggling whith. Now it can be technology which nine times out of 10 it is because people want to learn to maximize their time and dollars.

People are looking for the solution they just need someone to build it.

@Mark Richardson I'm a believer in creative marketing to get the attention of those whom I'm trying to market to. Your approach is the key to a successful response rate. I will think about if I'm in their shoes what type of message will get me to respond. The key is to keep it short and to the point.
