Yo @Samuel Christian if I had to dime for everytime someone asks me that then I wouldn't be on this website. But, if you're looking to market with no money then you must get creative. If you can spare a few hundred for a website then you will make this road a little easier, but if you cant then think about doing the following..

Attend Real Estate Meetup

Call every broker in the city

Network with unlimited Realtors

If you stay consistent you will get the traction you need to market to.

@Maurice Ford Listcousre have been around for a long time, and a ton of people are having great success with it. I will say do a little offline marketing to gain even more leads that you can add to your list. Run "we buy houses" ads locally in newspapers to build that list and add more hot leads. Yes, it takes time money and energy but believe me, it will pay off.

@Martha Daisley the first thing to do regardless of anything is to do a google search for  "Orlando contractors" Whatever comes up on the front page is the ones I will use no matter what. Why? If they took the time to setup a website then that means their all in. This will minimize risk even though it's still some risk, but this gets you closer to working with reputable people.

@Ibrahim Hughes I agree with @Sean Dolan when Trello is the route to go. Heck, it's my life blood of managing simple projects that I can share with my staff. It free to use which is the best part.

@Khalid Powell

Not at all bro...the only difference of marketing to an LLC to just an everyday investor is that the LLC has a little more legal protection. LLC will be sued if something goes wrong version the investor to be used if other wise.

@Jorge R. personally I never used them, but I' away caution on buying list from anyone. Not saying anything wrong with that company just saying building your own list is sometimes the best route to go.

Yes, it takes time and efforts but I think the response rate is a lot better.
