I am interested in purchasing from here but quite frankly im scared to death. I have been investing in rehabs for 2 years now and have done 5 homes. I have always purchased from wholesalers or deals I have found myself, this auction business is very different. I am looking to learn from someone who has been there done that and am willing to negotiate a win win for myself and whoever could help me. Maybe a partnership on the first deal.... IDK.

I am ready to go and just need some more know how to move forward.

Curious as to how many rehabbers put up blinds/verticals for their flips vs not putting anything. I have been putting them but trying to decide if they are necessary. Im in S Florida, any input is appreciated. 

I know in my area there have been some issues in the rougher parts of town. We are here in South Florida near Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I have never had an issue personally but I always carry when I am in those parts of town rather be safe than sorry. I find it sad that people have to defend themselves, we are just trying to make the neighborhood a better place and make a living doing it.

Good morning everyone! Reaching out for some input from local investors. I am a Realtor/Investor in the Broward County, FL area, I have completed 2 flips this year which I have done well with and they both kind of came to me. The first was a seller who called me from my Real Estate marketing and the second my neighbor told me about. I know that is not the norm.....

To my question; Where is everyone finding the deals in the Broward Florida Market and how? I have cash ready to go and its just sitting. I am looking for any advice as to what is working in this market.

I could be interested in this. Would like to see the p&l for this package.

What are you using for your web hosting? Do you have an integrated system that captures the leads, auto emails them and creates a drip campaign all in one? As I realtor I use market leader and have used top producer in the past but am not sure what is out there for us investors.

So, I've decided to look into marketing to probate cases. I downloaded a file from our County which contained all probate cases from a certain day. I attached what the file shows.... What the heck do I do with this info??? This is for Broward County Florida.

Anyone doing probate work in Broward that could give me some input? Anyone know what any of this means? Any help is greatly appreciated.
