@Tina Opel if you are planning to wholesale the land, find out if you are allowed to build something, you may find out that where the city is located, also you can sale it to the next door neighbors, they are the first options, some wants to have a bigger land

@Lauryn Meadows Congratulations the deal looks good, I would do one by one, starting with the new ones, numbers need to make sense for you, but keep in mind that you may get more rent for one unit but how much do you have to invest in order to rent it again.
