Good information, just completed my first flip and have one secured to close in the next 3 weeks. Also hoping to pick up another one. Goals for 2017 is 2-3 completed and continue to scale up! I agree with some of the hurdles discussed with funding and being outbid on properties. I am thankful i have found a good GC. Will be following this thread, good luck with your scale up.

Does anyone have any information on Empowered Qualified Retirement Plan- EQRP? I heard it on a podcast through NORADA. It was discussed as another option for SDIRA, more control less fees?

Shashy B. Good luck with Harrisburg. I will be following this thread as I am in the process of closing on a property on N 6th street. Been in the area twice now and driven around to get a better feel. Does anyone have any feedback on property management in the area? I have looked into Slate house and am hoping to make some more connections. Thanks

If i own a property through a SDIRA and a non recourse loan, and say after a couple years i want to sell it, what are some of the restrictions guidelines for this? I know all the equity and profit must go back to the IRA, just wanted to know if there are any restrictions on who i can sell it to besides disqualified parties?

Amy feedback on dealing with inspection/inspectors and city guidelines? I have only done 1 in the city but that was a headache for me! Congrats on the success and would definitely like to connect. Keep up the good work and appreciate the motivation you provide for the forum!
