Anyone have any feedback on areas or streets to stay away from in Harrisburg? Is there a market for flipping properties? I live in MD, about 1hr away from Harrisburg.

Is the Hanover market better suited as a buy and hold market? What class would it be considered B/C/D specifically for properties under 75k?

@Beth L.appreciate the information about downtown, probably need to drive around and get a good feel for the area and downtown. I am looking for good cash flow and would most likely manage my own properties to begin. Would like to get more information about the outer line areas you spoke about, will send you a PM. 

Question for both of you? Is there any areas to target for Flips in Hagerstown?
