The key to succeeding is to have a presence in the area. Having a well equipped team of local real estate professionals on site to manage tasks that need to be completed is crucial. They allow you to delegate the tasks and provides a better end result.

Hi @Bryan Bacallao,
Are you financing? If you are it would depend on what your lender requires. Many of them would probably require windstorm coverage at the very least, and flood if you're in a flood zone. There are some lenders like us that don't require any since we find them to be too onerous and costly.
At the end of the day, it just depends on your lender.
