Hello @David Pupo

I'm glad you had the courage to leap into Real Estate full time. It is a decision that you will be very glad you made.

The best way to succeed in this industry is by networking with fellow members of the Real estate community and bigger pockets is a great tool in that sense.

We've been working with Real Estate Professional all over Florida for over 25 years and would love to work with you in the future. Feel free to message me (:

Hi @Rick Hoskins

I agree with the fellow BPers. I would advise against condo on the basis of HOA eating at your monthly profit. However, sometimes the numbers do work.

We've been working with investors and other Real estate professionals along the state for over 25 years and we'd love to work with you in the future. Feel free to reach out in a message (:

Hello @Account Closed,

I find that Miami Gardens, North Miami and North Miami Beach are hot markets right now for investments. Hollywood is good too but that is toward Broward.

Hello @Chaim K.

What type of land are you looking into? What would be the end use? A lot of seasoned investors in Florida tend to shy away from land.
