That sounds so cool.  I will watch.  I invest in Indianapolis, but list OOS, from So Cal area!

Wish I was local in Indy to hang out with you and the team when you are there.

I am in LA as well, and I agree with @Lee Ripma that is why we are looking out of state in less expensive markets until we can grow enough money to buy locally here.

But yes, House hacking could potentially work as well!

@Reed Meyer  Hello! I am from Los Angeles and yes, investing here is very expenisve!  so I am also interested in Indy market.  I do already have a rental condo in Noblesville, IN. (Just north of Indy) and looking for more cash flowing rental maybe small Multi family.

I don't know of any actual course just on Indy.  but there are a number of people on BP here that are well versed.    I have also connected with a few from local meetups who invest there as well.

I have a great Property Manager in Indy now for our property.  @Tasheana Hanza  Connect with her if you are interested.

Keep in touch!

@Dustin Budny Well it was one of my very first RE investments and we bought it brand new in 2005.  I was just learning and basically just went along with what my partner was telling me. :)

The only contacts I have in the area is our PM.

Welcome @Dustin Budny!

I consider myself a newbie still too, tho I have partnered up on a few past REI. Including a townhouse in Noblesville IN.

I am also looking into investing more in Indianapolis area again and always looking for connections in the area.  I agree with everyone above and especially @James Wise and @Jeb Brilliant who are great contacts to have.  (and of course @Craig Curelop!  )

I too am looking into multi-units that will cash flow well.

Please keep in touch!
