@Dave Ramirez, @Craig Bellot, and @Jerryll Noorden - Thanks ya'll! Guess what I'm hearing is the webplatform doesn't matter as much as how the site is used, set-up, etc.
Good to know.

@Ted Manahan - I'd explain to your investors that you have several individuals who would like to invest their money with them. That you are talking with several different investors asking them what they would be willing to pay as a referral fee if these friends/family choose to invest with them.

We currently have an investor carrot site but wondering what other online/web options people have found that work for them and why? Specifically why did they choose that web service? Does it affect your SEO? Do you have it integrated into your CRM (Podio, etc)?
Thanks!

@Michael Williams - I won't begin to understand any of that! But will tell you that we worked with an estate planning and probate attorney in Memphis to do our planning and such. It might be worth the cost of the consultation of any probate attorney in town.
Also find out who is paying the taxes for the last 10 years. That might be your clue to who is responsible and will give you an address.

@Michael Woodward - Sellers won't care as long you maintain that personal relationship. In fact some sellers my take your offer more seriously because you are now part of a company rather than just a guy.
Definitely listen to your CPA and reduce those taxes!

@Nadia Speaks - You are your own boss - you get to chose your title!
Investor, buyer, networker, real estate expert, etc. Most of these ones I see are Investor.
Personally, I like the cards with a picture so I can remember the person more easily
