We provide pest control quarterly. It costs $77 and I know that my houses are pest free and tenants don't need to worry about all of the Florida bugs. I feel it's a small price to pay, but that's just me...

Dude, I sold everything and went back to school full time at age 32 when I was married with one child and one on the way, and it was the best decision I ever made! It's NEVER too late to start over! Best of luck to you!!
