Found an under valued property in an up and coming neighborhood in Southern California over the weekend. Just submitted an offer on it and now waiting to hear back from the seller. Nervously excited. Thanks to Briana Malkoon for helping us out!!

Just got into San Diego to look at some multi family properties around downtown area for possible Airbnb use. Also going to be looking at some potential fix and flip single family homes in east county.

Will he do secured lines of credit?

Brent Boltz I'm right there with you. We are looking to add multi's right now.

Brent Boltz definitely not rushing into anything. Just looking at all options. We will most likely hold onto these properties for at least the next 5 years, however, I would be interested to know what we might be able to 1031 them into.

Brent Boltz I hadn't considered the 1031 option before. I don't have near the equity as Matthew Ware does, however, I should still be able to roll my properties into a decent investment if I did go that way, right? I've got about $325k equity, still waiting on an appraisal, but I think my property manager's estimate should be pretty close.

P.J. Bremner I just got the Bank of the West name given to me from another investor friend. Haven't had a chance to give them a call yet, but I definitely will.

Richard Vetter that's a crazy law! Looks like whoever has the money can definitely influence the legislation, unfortunately.

@Nick Kravchuk, thank you.  I have a tentative appointment scheduled with another agent already, but if for some reason that doesn't work out, I will give you a call.

@Nick Kravchuk do you know if they lend all over Ca? My properties are a couple hours north of SD in the Victor Valley area.
