Joshua Dorkin is there any fix for this? I love the site and the app. I don't love paying for PRO and not being able to access the forum when I'm not by a computer.

I've noticed that whenever I try to open a PRO thread on my iPhone, using the BP app, the app crashes. Is anyone else having this same issue? Is it a bug in the app that can be fixed with an update?

Jeff B. The LLC has zero debt right now. Income should be in the area of about $2400/mo gross.

I second Shaun Gaffney's house hacking idea. Let's you own a property, while at the same time learning some ins and outs of landlording. Look for a duplex, triplex or fourplex.
