@Sam L.we use these extensively in our rehabs they are a great value. I would opt to spend the extra $10 for the 6 panel door it hides dents and dings better.

A word of caution to those who go after tax surplus. States have increasingly been deeming this predatory to those who can least afford it.

@Ben Wengerunless they both agree, along with you then this is a court (civil) issues. If you let her off, you only have recourse against him, and can he afford it without her?

@Heath Thomas Jrare you willing to risk their retirement for your "Work-Around" you should read IRS rules about self dealing. They are not nice to those who "work-around"

@Jared S.need to find your department of land management, or planning and zoning, ect. They will tell you if a you can subdivide, and how big they must be. Also check to see what size lot if needed for septic.

@Tony Chenit sounds like you have been served, you need a lawyer, go interview a few Real estate lawyers and ask questions, maybe your condo association has legal they would recommend. Watch what you say online and in forums it could turn against you. Best of Luck.
