@Montai Edwardswhats your exit plan? It could be 70% ARV model, or it could be a cashflow model, there isn't a right answer, its what is right for YOU, without the why and exit plan thats hard to realize.

@Kevin Nicholseither take up the lino, should scrap up easy, or take self leveling floor leveler to the cracks, I would take and scrape the old, they make a large scraper just for such, you should find at any flooring or hardware store.

You should connect with @James Wisehe is knowledgeable and local. To answer more your question you could have in your name with a large umbrella policy or some people simply quit claim the property to there llc after getting a loan, though the loan due on sale clause could be called. No legal or accounting advice.

@Elisha Sorleywhere at and what does your lease say. In general you give a 10 day notice to pay or quit, then file eviction if they don't pay, If in an LLC you will need a lawyer. No legal or accounting advice.
