13.) How to negotiate with buyers and sellers

14.) We will create a Game Plan: 12 Months/24 Months

15.) Being here all along to answer your questions for an entire year…in order for you to get over that hurdle of that first deal.

@AJ P.  You can use DealCheck which is an app that has rehab costs listed, but you would want to get with a local contractor in your local market to get those estimated costs to use moving forward with  other deals.  For that matter, you could also use the tools here on BiggerPockets too.  Just get a local contractor to give you numbers based upon your local market.

16.) I normally charge $25,000 for out of state clients, but if you are in or around New Jersey you get the NJ price of $20,000. (Other terms available, please review price section)

***If you bring in a friend that pays the normal rate....your rate is cut in half so your total would only be $10,000 for the entire year.
