I am looking to ramp up my flipping volume, so are there any New Jersey Wholesalers out there that have deals to move?  Also, I would like to be put on your buyers list so if you're a NJ Wholesaler reply to this thread.

It's a simple process....you're not paying tens of thousands of dollars for "education," it's just you and I (and your partner if you have one).  We find the right property for you to flip and/or buy and hold.  We work together to get you that first deal completed!

If you want to start out wholesaling....this event you should be figuring out who the active investors are and what is it that they look for.  Wholeasalers need a really good buyers list ( the bigger the better) so start building that immediately.

Even using hard money you would need some cash yourself (I.e. 20%, 1st payment to contractor, monthly interest payments for hard money loan).  If you would like to discuss further please let me know.
