Hi Angela,

Ideally, as a mentor if you had a deal or more you would definitely have my attention.  This would give me confidence in your ability to take action and I would be more then happy to teach you the business if you brought deals my way.

Hi Angela,

As a mentor I would agree to help people that can help in two crucial aspects of my business.  Firstly, if you can find deals that I can rehab and profit from that would be worth mentoring.  Secondly, if you can provide funding or assist in getting me funding for more deals would also be worth mentoring someone.

Kevin,

Please reach out to me if you are interested in being mentored without the high cost.  I think we can work something out since you reside in New Jersey.

@Judy P.

Yes, I use Alpha Funding Solutions that Michael mentioned above.

@Nick Cucci I recommend Alpha Funding Solutions.  Pretty easy to work with.  Go to their site and fill out form on the deal.

Hi Karen,

I'm sorry to hear it is taking awhile on your flip.  You should be done with the rehab within 4 months, unless you're doing a full gut and inspections are being a problem.  How long has it been since you started the flip?

Are you tired of just reading books and listening to Podcasts?  Do you actually want to take what you've read and listened to and put it into action?  Stop just thinking about it and instead do something!!!  Call me so we can discuss how you can actually start moving towards completing your first flip or get to a level where you complete several a year.  An NO...I don't charge some ridiculous amount of money like 50K as some do!!!

Selling all (except 1%) of my equity ownership in a 40 Unit apartment complex in Augusta, GA.

Cost is $100,000 (Very Firm) ($75,000 to me and $25,000 goes into capital improvements)

I will continue to be heavily involved in operation as I am still signed for the loan.

40 Units

All units are identical with 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths and 900 Square Feet.
