Hi All, 

I need a little help. Can you recommend a FREE software to track income/expenses for an apartment I purchased with some partners? They need to be able to access it so cloud based would be best. I am NOT great at keeping track of things like this usually so simple would be good and maybe something that I could someday export into Quickbooks or something like that would be helpful. 

Honestly if someone just has a spreadsheet they really like I'm fine using that as well.

Can anyone recommend a GC or anybody that can act as an overseer of a rehab of a 6 unit apartment not far from Spiceland, Indiana?

Any recommendations of property managers that specialize in that area as well?

They are usually the last Wednesday of the month. In November it will probably be the 28th. Hope to see you there. 

 I wish I could talk to the closed account person. I was told 40% occupancy at the resort I've been looking at and at that rate the numbers are pretty good. According to all my research the numbers may even hit 50% in the next year or so. I'm still definitely considering this but an apartment deal has come my way where I usually invest in the Indianapolis area and it seems quite a bit safer and easy to attract a potential partner.  Plus I know Indy and have a team already. Belize seems amazing but I'm a conservative guy.

It looks like I never responded to you, I'm sorry about that, it was not my intention. This is a new meet up but there has been lots of experience in the room each time we've met. 

Unfortunately tonights event is canceled because the location had a sewer pipe break but we'll be back next month.
