@Amir B. There are a lot of good reasons to invest in Indy. For starters google Infosys and Indianapolis. That’s just 1 of many positives about the city.

I’ve been investing there for a while and it’s been pretty good to me. If you have any specific questions DM me and I’ll help if I can.

Good luck!

Hi @Yiftach Ilyov and @Account Closed you guys will love Indy. Question though, have you considered investing in Tampa? I invest full time in Indiana from California and I started looking at Tampa as well and there are some solid deals to be had. Anyways, I don’t want to try and talk you out of anything. If you guys want some connections in Indy DM me and I’ll connect you. I try to pay forward all the help that people have given me.

@Joey Ly I grew up in the OC, my kids go to school in HB. I also invest heavily in Indiana so if you ever want to talk about it or need recommendations/help let me know. Feel free to DM and we can connect.

Good luck.

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend an honest handyman (hopefully not too expensive either) that works in Anaheim? He'll be going into an elderly persons house so honest is a big deal for me.

Thanks very much,

Jeb

Hi All,

I'm looking at buying another apartment in Indiana. It's in a small town and I'm having a hard time finding what local cap rates are on apartments. Besides calling agents that sell apartments or PM's that manage them are there any other reliable sources?

Thanks very much!
