Hi All,

***TONIGHTS EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO A BURST SEWER PIPE***

Unfortunately the meet up tonight has to be canceled because Taco Surf had a sewer pipe burst. I'm very disappointed but we'll be back next month same location on September 26th at 7pm. I'm extremely sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. It's caused me a lot of stress today.

If anybody would like to chat about real estate I'm no expert but you're welcome to contact me.

Again my apologies and I hope to see you next month.

Welcome to the Los Alamitos/Long Beach/Seal Beach & Beyond Real Estate Meet Up. This is a monthly meet up held at Taco Surf on Los Alamitos Blvd just a couple minutes from the 405/22 freeways and even closer from the 605 freeway.

It is FREE and general topic, ask questions and we will try to help each other answer them. We will cover many topics including local and out of state investing, notes, lending, property management, buying, selling and much more.

There will be NO pitches or sales at the event but there will be food for sale being that it's at a restaurant. I ask that anyone that can afford something buys some food or drink as a thank you for the manager allowing us to use their facility.

Details:

Taco Surf, WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 26th at 7PM

10542 Los Alamitos Blvd, Los Alamitos, CA 90720

Hope to see you there,

Jeb Brilliant

Bump.

Any updates here?

I'm specifically looking for software to manage a GC when doing rehab work. I need something mobile phone friendly and basic for the GC to use. Though I need a lot of detail and maybe even a template to get started with.

Any input or updates on services?

Hi @Kyler Mason, purpose built means if it was constructed as a duplex then converted to a 4plex it was purpose built as a duplex. In Indy there are VERY few if any purpose built 3 plex and not a whole lot of 4 plex buildings. They are almost always conversions. Though there is one tract of nearly all 4plex’s but u don’t want to buy there unless D areas are your specialty.

If someone would like to discuss some income options, please reach out?

Hi Michael I’d love to chat on the phone and find out more about what’s going on in Belize. DM me and let’s connect.

@Alex Bedar Are you looking for GC's in specifically Indianapolis? If so what area?

If you're looking outside of Indianapolis it's different GC's. So what area specifically are you needing work done in?

As I was watching a podcast related to coffee farms in Panama and Central America, I got to the website of the Real Estate Guys. (you can google it easily). If you click on the events link, there are some events they have with travels to Belize for various investing opportunities. Could be a good starting points for anyone looking at diversifying their investment portfolios. It seems quite interesting .

Thanks for the suggestion Henri, I’ve been all over their site and what they offer is pretty good. I’ll probably take one of the tours sooner then later.

I think Placencia is a better investment than the cayes because there is a good flow of both local and foreign tourists there whereas the cayes felt 100% dependent on foreign tourism and were pretty dead when we went in Oct.

Erika out of curiosity how long ago did you go and were you on Ambergris Caye? I’m really trying hard to get a feeling of how busy it was but if it was a few years ago or a different area of the country that will make a difference.

Thanks.
