Hi Folks,

I'm looking to interview to work with some investor friendly brokers and investor friendly PM's in the Jacksonville area. Can anybody make any suggestions for me?

Thanks,

Jeb

Is there any chance you can rent out your current residence versus having to sell it?

Hi Aaron,

First off thanks for your service and doing what most of us can't or won't. Much appreciated.

Now, welcome to the forum and the podcasts are the easiest way to gain knowledge quickly at least for me.

If you're looking for suggestions don't worry about properties yet. While you're still in NC build your team. Most importantly interview a bunch of PM, get recommendations from here and read the blog post about 80 questions to ask your PM https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/10/0.... Your PM can be your greatest asset so meet as many as you possibly can.

After that build the rest of your team.

Good luck and keep coming back here.

Hi All,

Does anybody have any referrals or might be a layer in the Long Beach, California or north OC costal communities that can help me form a joint venture partnership (we're buying a duplex)?

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

I am looking at doing a JV with a local investor and we need to set things up legally/properly. I need a lawyer with a background in real estate law and setting up small business's. We are going to be investing Indiana so they need to know the laws there as well.

Can anybody recommend a lawyer in the Long Beach Orange County area?

Thanks.

@Frank Eimillerit's a Ford box truck.

@Stephen Lofthus I'll let you know, thanks. Also maybe I should get your buddies info. Does he work with investors? I just need more eyes and ears funneling me properties to consider, I can't get enough of them.

@Douglas Snook I don't have a forwarding address, just a phone number. She called, said she HAD to leave and the house is empty except for some trash and this box truck.
