I would not waste your time or money. They are just going to talk their own businesses up. RE Agents etc....

What Bruce said for Seattle- Formulas do not work 100%, everyone wants a system and black and white.
I look at price action in the same way I trade or sell stocks. They are all markets.
Buy low and sell high.
I really wish I could short Seattle real estate right now.

All the information the lawyer will give will be drawn out in multiple appointments so he can bill you. And all the information is out there for free in books and pamphlets at the King County library.

I have done some independent consulting to Zillow as an investor.
I also made a lot of $ shorting Z when it got to $135 the other week.
I own multi families in Ballard, Fremont, Capitol Hill.

@Carl Gipson many prospective tenants are flaky in Seattle. I find this at all income levels They are always looking for something better and/or afraid they will lose out so they find something else.
Get the money in hand from the qualified tenant asap.
