Brookhaven definitely has promise for buy and hold. Lot of folks I know focus on Hilltop condos and Cambridge Square, but there is also decent inventory outside of those spaces. Parkside borough can be tough with Inspections I have anecdotally heard, but Brookhaven itself I have not heard the same story.

There has been quite a bit of economic activity in Brookhaven with the newer shopping centers, Aldi etc. Still not great public transit options compared to the rest of Delaware county but overall not bad. A few nearby colleges help as well and definitely less retail homeowner competition than nearby Media and Aston in my opinion.

@Rick C. The tour itself took about 2 hours to shoot ( and then it processes for a few hours online to stitch everything together). My teammate and I usually tag team it to speed things up as far as tripod movement and capturing goes. Matterport itself is not cheap! The camera alone is north of 4 grand and they have monthly hosting fees for hosting the spaces on their server. But boy is it worth it to show off a property like this! 

@John M. Thanks man! I agree. We opened up the dining room and also relocated the door to the back porch. @James Masotti yep absolutely, I get really lost on listing photos as far as layout goes...which is why I love using Matterport. The dollhouse view is awesome to check out the layout of the house! Great for properties with tenants too so you can send buyers the virtual tour link before they disturb tenants. 24/7 open house!
