Definitely make sure you get paid what you are worth. Otherwise, you will regret it and feel like you aren't being valued while doing said work...which in turn might make you not work as hard. It's a vicious cycle. I'd be happy to talk directly about rates, etc. Feel free to message me.

Building probably is cheaper in most areas, however the long timelines make it so that there is no cash flow in your investing strategy. My preference is buying turnkey. (Although I am building right now and yep it’s a headache!)

We primarily use grey sheets from Costco. They’ve become harder to find lately. We found they hold up well and stains haven’t been a problem.

You might want to review any customization you have around price dropping as unbooked dates get closer. If you’re booking too fast last minute that could be why. Your overall strategy might need to shift.

It’s in my rental agreement. I was on a podcast recently and we were talking about adding language around not allowing dogs in the hot tub. I’m like really? I need to add that? Come on people!
