@Bobby Sharma

There are always deals to be found!  The market is really tight, but with persistence you can make it work.  What are you looking to buy?

@Abdul R.

It is simple, but I find its pretty accurate.  Indy is really block by block in C/D neighborhoods, but when you're not in town and can't drive the streets, I'd say you're safe if you stay out of anything dark green.

Yes! I'm looking for a QB bookkeeper too. Have you thought about using a VA? If I find someone good, I'll pass them along to you....

@Abdul R.

I use Trulia heat maps to determine neighborhood ratings:

Put in the address you're interested in.  Dark green is D and light pink is A.  Let me know if that helps.  I live here in Indy and invest here as well.

Hey @Mike Knowles!  Thanks for the recommendations.  I have a foundation issue as well that I need to have an engineer look at.

@Devonta Taylor

Hey!  Welcome!  Check out INREIA (meeting Jan. 12), or CIREIA on meetup.com.  There's also a great BP meetup run by Taylor Jennings, but I'm not sure when the next meeting is.  Looking forward to meeting you!
