You could start by getting on @Ben G. and @Shawn Holsapple's buyer's lists. They could help steer you toward good buy and hold areas in town. Let me know if you have questions about specific addresses or neighborhoods. Good luck!

You're spot on with the agent dilemma. That's what we all face. I love it that you've set a tangible goal because they're so much easier to reach. Good luck!

Welcome to BP! What's your business called? What kind of work are you looking for? We've been renovating small multi-family properties and I seem to be always looking for good contractors. Thanks!

You can also look up CIREIA (Central Indiana REIA) and INREIA in addition to the two that Ben recommended. Slightly different crowd in each group....

I don't know the area, but the biggest buyer I know in town is buying up everything he can out there. If you can stay close to 16 Tech and the Stadium Lofts, I'd say buy it up. Especially good for buy and hold because you can wait for the development/prices to go up. Excellent strategy!

If you're still shopping try David Maudlin at Indy Pro Inspections. Reasonable prices and excellent reports.
