How about investing in notes and get 12%,13%,14% or even more . If that works may be you can sell your rental and play the paper game?

@Shanna Bechtel, I was in your position couple of years ago. You need to learn how to market and use "Other People's Money" (OPM). This is exactly what you will learn from @Scott Carson (Apart from how to invest in Notes)
Also, i would suggest you goto local meetup groups and see if you can find local investors. Surround yourself with like minded individuals. @Dave Van Horn is less than 2 hours from where you are. Jump on his webinar on a regular basis. @Scott carson does Monday night webinar as well. Scott is doing a FB Live every day, free marketing lessons again.

I try not to miss Monday night webinar from @Scott carson who gives tons of information on notes for free. Free videos here vimeo.com/weclosenotes
Checkout if Robby has a local meetup in your area, I would attend that as well.

Hello !
I am evaluating some of the CRM softwares out in the market to setup a "system" in place for my note business. We need to be able to track performing notes, have certain steps to be taken when i add a deal into the system. Also looking for options to track the email marketing to a deal. Need to be able to compare this software with "pipedrive".
Wondering if there are other ActiveCampaign customers out here who are using their software? Would like to know how people have setup their system and get their feedback. Any help is much appreciated.
