Good stuff guys! But let me ask, what are you doing when your giving contact info to the last landlord or employer & you can't reach the person. Rather it be wrong number, just no return call, or whatever.?

Do u want to deny a tenant who has provided u the info u requested but there past landlords will not respond.

Ok so the service provided from Rentprep.com really lived up to its word. Provided me with great service and thorough background screening!  And for a great price, enough for me to up the application fee to where I can get some gas money out of the deal.

   The customer service was great, reresponsive and informative.  I already reccomended their services to network and would recommend Rentprep to anyone seeking tenant screening services.  Feel free to ask me more of my experience.

@Stephen White

i listen to the podcast. and I'm skeptical about the product. I want to give this a try.

Trying to find a fair price, speedy and ACCURATE background/screening program to help me find some quality tenants for my property. feel free to reach out. I will post my opinion once i've gave it a try.

Hey welcome aboard. Great job on jumping in and introducing yourself. What methods are you going to or are using to start in your new venture?

Yeah definetly depends on what your trying to accomplish real estate wise. I've met with a lot of new ppl who try to fix and flip deals in areas that will never sell to a retail buyer. And buy and hold guys who won't care about comps if they like the property for their rental portfolio.

Myself personally , I don't do a lot of business in south philly. But that place is on fire!!!

Yea, let us know a little more about what you've got going on and how we can be of assistance.

Welcome, yeah u have a tough road. But u have a mentor who has your back. And that puts u ten steps ahead of a lot of wholesalers and realtors out here. It's up to you to actually apply the information and take action. Take the same steps a new realtor should take with a shoe string budget.

door knock, send hand written letters, network and work your sphere of influence.
