I've been having a problem with a water heater on the second floor unit of our apartment. This is unit already has a 30 gallon electric hot water heater. But the hot water in the shower is going out in 5-7 minutes. Tried turning the tempature up but only gave it about two more minutes.

I was also told to change the shower head that uses less water. Or to switch to a tankless hot water heater.

Has anyone here have experience in switching hot water heaters from tank to tankless?? If so was it worth it, and how did it go?

I think you're going to go look at a over priced or barely marginal deal. Depending upon how good and savvy the agent is they may try to take you for your EMD if they realize your trying to wholesale the property.

But why would a licensee not run their own numbers,  market a property to sell, or let someone wholesale their property?  Not saying it's not possible,  just might not be any meat on the bone for the deal from my POV

@Steve Babiak, lol thanks. I know how to do it. But on my cell phone (android) it doesn't give me the option to tag someone. And this is the only thing i don't like about bp. Like no bp mobile.

@Bob B., I feel you on wanting to know what happened. But you know what just them asking the question and all the great answers from ppl who have already done it helps just as much. Some people take the knowledge given and run with it. Some come back to the camp fire and share.

All the answers were enough for me.

Thanx @Steve Babiak, idk that about these heating systems. Especially the switching of propane to natural gas and the similarities in the systems themselves.

@Steve Babiak, I'm trying to figure the logic behind those questions. I mean if the system is newer, why replace something like that. And if the gas company is willing to help with the tab of a new instillation then that would be a benefit. But from your experiences and knowledge just trying to understand all the why's.
