@Tajinder S., like @Andrew Steffens mentioned, the Orlando market is a bit saturated right now. If you go a little bit west towards the Tampa Bay Area, you may have better opportunity with a short term rental. Hi @Jim Hagstrom, have you purchased the condo already or are you looking to make the purchase? Check the bylaws of the condo to make sure that STR is allowed. @Josh Green, do you know if STR's are allowed in Palm Harbor? 

@Andreu Ferragut, depending on what you did prior to becoming an independent contractor, you might qualify for a one year income verification type loan. Feel free to reach out directly with any questions. I have done this before.
