Hi @John Mason, are you looking to do short term rentals in the area? If so, I recommend reaching out to @Josh Green to help you source and acquire your properties. He is an investor/ investor focused agent and can be a great value add to your team!

@Dwayne Clarke it sounds like you’ve gone through a series of misfortunate events and getting back on the right path. You can cash out up to 75% of the properties value, maybe 80% depending on your credit score, etc.

Hi @Joey Keske, I work with a few investors/investor focused realtors in the area that can assist you with house hacking a multi-family property in the area. Reach out to @Josh Green. He's helped a ton of my investor clients in the area accomplish the same exact goals that you have.

@Pavan K., I am seeing rates at around 7.5%, same parameters, with no points. You can definitely find something better than that. You can do better than that.

@Gregory Carlson, thanks for the introduction. If you haven't connected with an investor and real estate professional in the Tampa Bay area yet, I highly recommend reaching out to @Josh Green. He helps a majority of the real estate investors on our BP forums that are looking to purchase in the Tampa market. I have personally worked with him in the past and know that he will be of great value to you on your search.

@Account Closed, I would get a second opinion from another lender to take a look at your debt to income ratio. Not all lenders are created equally.

Hi , if you are looking in the Orlando area, I recommend reaching out to @Judson Osbon. If in Tampa, reach out to @Josh Green.

I have worked with them both in the past. They are investors and investor focused realtors as well!
