They are good to use, but you still have to do your home work yourself to come up with the right analysis the right calculations and so on to be on the save side.
Back to topic I seen houses sold on site but don't know if they were through Zillow and if so I want know too...
Hi Levon, Totally agree with you. Zillow alone is not adequate.

How do I determine ARV without loosing my shirt!? I don't really want another rental right now.
Thanks!

Hi Jesse, interesting situation. May be a local agent can provide a better view.

Hi Jeremy
With online research we can verify whether property is associated or not more often than not.

Good luck with your decision!
I agree with David. Few of my friends invested in Resorts and had a hard time.

One way is to find Right to Redemption Properties. These rights are available in few states.
Right to Redemption means "The legal right of any mortgagor or borrower who owns real estate to reclaim his or her property. Right of redemption gives property owners who pay off the back taxes or liens on their property the ability to prevent foreclosure or the auctioning off of their property, sometimes even after the auction or sale has occurred".

You can search your county assessor website. Most county assessor websites provide address search. Many a times Zillow and Trulia provide bed and bath room data.
