Thank you all for your comments...I truly want to support as many businesses and partners and connections here on the PP community as I can, which is why I decided to support yellow letters. That said, given Cody's prompt response, I will publicly commit to trying them again in the future!

I wanted to support Yellow Letters because I've heard great things, but I'm a little disappointed this morning...I ordered business cards on 5/13 and they didn't print until 5/22 and now I won't get my order until 6/1!!!  I paid extra for UPS ground shipping, but turns out good old snail mail would have gotten them here sooner and for less $$!  Very disappointed on this first order... :(
