I apologize if I have offended anyone...that was not my intent....I truly believe YL is a great company, which is why it has been endorsed so widely across the BP community...THAT is why I chose to do business with them....high expectations. While frustrated by the length of time for my order, I have no doubt that the quality will be every bit as good as has been proclaimed here on BP. Thank you for your candor and feedback.

Thank you all for your comments...I truly want to support as many businesses and partners and connections here on the PP community as I can, which is why I decided to support yellow letters. That said, given Cody's prompt response, I will publicly commit to trying them again in the future!

I wanted to support Yellow Letters because I've heard great things, but I'm a little disappointed this morning...I ordered business cards on 5/13 and they didn't print until 5/22 and now I won't get my order until 6/1!!! I paid extra for UPS ground shipping, but turns out good old snail mail would have gotten them here sooner and for less $$! Very disappointed on this first order... :(
