Take a look at my profile and intro video!

I am looking to work for a successful, experienced, BUSY local real estate investor effective immediately! I am working part time (on my day off) with an awesome mentor right now learning the ropes, but now I'm looking to align my full time employment with my real estate investing aspirations so I can continue my exposure and experience in RE investing, while also having an immediate impact on your business.

I have a solid management (and HR management) and sales background (presently selling luxury automobiles-www.she-sells-lexus.com), but now it's time to up the ante and get "all in" so I can get my RE investing career off the ground once and for all.

If you:

  • Have a busy Real Estate investing business and can hire a FT A-player
  • Have a need for someone who's not afraid to get out there, make an impact, wear many hats effectively, and negotiate and close the deal
  • Have the bandwidth to teach, train, expose, challenge, mentor and pay a FT employee
  • Have an immediate need
  • Have a well-run ship but could use an extra pair of hands with great business, management & sales experience (and almost 4,000 LinkedIn contacts...!)

...then let's get together this week!

Looking at the Chicagoland area with preference in the NW suburbs, thanks!

Hi John,

I certainly do, what email address can I send it to?

Thank you @Account Closed, you are correct! Working on the business and financial plan at present...!

The property is worth $890,000 (the houses in this neighborhood sell for $1.2 M - I am being conservative since this house is frame/stucco while the comps are brick)

Repairs: $150,000

You can have this house for only $520,000

Profit: $150,000+

Here's the address: 4432 N Mozart, Chicago.

3 bed/ 1 ba/ 1600 square feet

The first person that sends $5,000 earnest money deposit, proof of funds, and signed purchase contract gets the house!  Give me a call at 847-461-9060 to lock this deal in!

Trying to gauge if there's an interest in joining a new BP Meet Up Group for the NW suburbs of Chicago:

  • Focus is on networking, networking, networking!
  • NO upsells, gurus, or speakers
  • Format is Simple-  One power-hour: 30 min- Topic-specific / 30 min: Q&A
  • No company-sponsored anything, just RE investors connecting, sharing, building community in person, and creating opportunities to learn from each other and work together

Respond to let me know if YES you're invited, and WHERE you're located.

Looking to start meeting by mid-June!

I am interested to hear from you experienced Chicagoland wholesalers some of the hottest areas for wholesaling, those not yet saturated if any, and your most effective marketing strategies in this market?

In your experience, where does your competition spend most of their time and efforts?

What marketing strategies have yielded you the highest returns?

Are there any untapped areas?

What about the northwest suburbs?

What advice do you have for a newbie starting out with little money to spend?

Thanks for your wisdom,  in advance!
