My first series of mailers went out a week ago (thanks to @Jerry Puckett, yes he's awesome) and the calls are already coming in! I'm equally excited and energized....and totally terrified!

I'm so grateful to this BP community for their never ending support, sharing, wisdom and plethora of information-sharing that has brought this newbie to this point!

Looking for recommendations for a good "starter" CRM that can grow with my wholesaling business...I've heard good things about both Highrise and Podio...so looking to hear about your experiences and which you'd recommend for a newbie starting out to capture both my cash buyers and motivated sellers...first mailer goes out this week...thanks!

Hi @Christian Bateman and welcome to Chicago! :)  Probably a great idea if you connected with @Brie Schmidt as she is an active investor and turn key provider in the Chicago/Milwaukee areas...take a listen to this if you haven't already, this is her 2nd of 2 podcasts she's done with BP...great resource!

Got it, thanks all! First mailer going out later this week. Glad to be partnered with @Jerry Pucket on this! I am in search of someone in the area (for a short time only) who can help me evaluate & estimate repairs...I do have some knowledge but would like someone willing to review my numbers and maybe even visit the properties with me and "hold my hand" for the first couple of deals...would consider a JV for the right situation!

 I would like your input ! I am trying to determine interest and demand out here in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Specifically,  please let me know what area(s) you are interested in investing in, and even rank in order of your preference. This will help me determine demand  for great deals I'll be uncovering for you in the coming months...
