@Jordan Archer I am doing the driving for dollars right now. My plan is to also work on divorces and maybe probates.  Probates to me are touchy (with the passing and all), but I will be checking on those too. As for listsource, like I mentioned to @David Ward , I still need to look at them a little harder. Some of the reviews I have read on them have not been all that positive, so I like to research more.

Until then, I will plug away at working towards my goal however I need to. :)

Keep my informed with your turn out from listsource, if you have time. I am interested to hear how it works out for both of you... or anyone else that has used them.

Im excited about attending my very first REIA meeting in Portland, OR. Tonight's meeting will be focused on Deal Analysis and Wholesaling. Since my focus at this time is Wholesale, this meeting will a great learning experience for me. Unfortunately, I do not have any set deals to bring to the table, but I am working on it. Hope to meet some fellow wholesalers and investors/buyers for when I do have my deals ready.

All very positive replies! I love it! I am new as well and am doing my homework and learning as much as I can. I am about reading to get my ball rolling. I have quite a list of abandoned properties just from Driving For Dollars, so I feel everything is falling into place. Patients and staying passionate about learning will pay off.
