Great to meet you! What brought you and your husband into the world of real estate? 

I'm an agent in Sacramento/Placer County. I started off flipping a couple of years ago and have found myself working as an agent full time. I have a knack for finding great deals. I love pretty much everything real estate related.

Have you started listening to the podcasts? This is how I ventured to the BP site. The forums also have tons of information. Anything you can think up is probably somewhere in the forums.

I"m a local agent in the Sac/Placer county areas. I started out investing and then became an agent full time because I love real estate so much. So, I am definitely investor friendly and understand what you're looking for whether it's buy and hold or flipping. 

I have a full team I work with from traditional lenders, hard money lenders, contractors, title and escrow etc... Chicago Title is amazing. Try Heather Durborough - BP won't let me post her number here.

If anything, I can help guide you on neighborhoods, market updates, how to get offers accepted etc :)

I'm a local agent here in Sac. Have you ever thought about buying in small towns in CA? Like maybe Modesto/Stockton or Fresno etc? There are some fixers under $100k in those areas. I've seen them pop up on the MLS.

Don't get discouraged! I think the 2 hour rule is fairly accurate. Have you considered investing elsewhere in CA or potentially out of state?
